Rubin will once again offer $1200 to a single applicant

Blake Rubin has announced that he will be once again hosting his scholarship competition. Through the Blake Rubin Scholarship, one student was awarded a $1200 scholarship for college expenses, and now, another scholarship will be awarded in 2019.

To be eligible for the Blake Rubin Scholarship, students must either be current high school seniors intent on going to a college in 2019 or current college students not yet in their final year. One winner will be chosen in August 2019, and once their college information is verified, they will receive the $1200 for college expenses.

To enter, applicants must write a 500-word essay that answers the question “What is a gadget that hasn’t been invented yet that you would invent if money and resources were unlimited?”

As it stands, students who meet the eligibility requirements are invited to enter the scholarship contest until the submission deadline on July 1, 2019.

“Since the price of obtaining higher education is always increasing, the goal of this scholarship is to help get one student one step closer to obtaining their desired degree,” said Rubin.
